#14 Crocheted Ornaments Tree

6.5 foot tree with crocheted ornaments  $200

About My Christmas Tree With Crocheted Ornaments By Joy Neas

When I saw the Christmas trees being sold by the Children’s Museum, I wanted to take part. Every year I spend the holiday season making and collecting ornaments. Crocheting ornaments and donating a tree is my way of giving back.

There are a variety of six crocheted ornament shapes included with this white tree with white lights. The pinecones and hats are my most popular. The pinecones look like ones found in nature with the added benefit of being made to endure through the years. The hats (in shades of green, blue and red) are a reminder of the winter season. The snowflakes are my favorite to crochet. Each is edged with shades of blue, red or gold for a festive look. Stars are a popular symbol of the season that I collect so I felt inspired to include this design which is new to me. The Puff Stitch ornaments (in green and red) remind me of an old-fashioned Christmas. They are one of my newer designs to make. And finally, the bells were made at my husband’s request. I hope you enjoy this selection of handmade ornaments as much as I did making them.
