Prepare for Your Visit

  • Face coverings:  Masks are recommended, but not required. Please use at your own discretion.

  • Social Distancing: We encourage and promote social distancing while playing on exhibits and exploring the Museum. We ask parents/adults to encourage children to wait their turn.

  • Food and Drinks: Food and drink are not allowed to be consumed on the museum floor. Our back patio tables are open outside, but please consider the weather conditions when planning to bring outside food into the museum. We will allow water bottles in the Museum, but ask all visitors to respect other parties and drink them at appropriate times and areas.

  • Our Welcome Center: There is a handwashing station and a welcome video to watch upon entry. We encourage all guests to wash and sanitize their hands before, during and after playing in the Museum.

  • Unaccompanied Adults: The Museum defines an accompanied adult as a caregiver who accompanies a child to the Museum. An unaccompanied adult is defined as any person over the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a child. For the safety and security of our visitors, the Museum only allows visits by unaccompanied adults on pre-arranged terms.
