#1 Can I schedule a Virtual Santa call for my grandmother?
Of course! Grandmothers love hearing from Santa too, especially if she knows it includes a special message from someone she loves!
#2 Is it possible to have Santa do a gender reveal for us?
Absolutely! Santa and Mrs. Claus would love nothing more than to share this beautiful surprise with you!
#3 Do I need to have a computer application installed for this Virtual Visit?
You just need to have the free Zoom app installed. You may already have it if your school or business does Zoom meetings.
#4 Can Santa call me for a Virtual Visit where ever I live?
Yes! Just as Santa delivers around the world, he's ready to make virtual visits everywhere!
#5 My child is shy, how long is the Virtual Visit and what will Santa ask?
All Virtual Visits are 5 minutes. Santa will ask your child what he/she wants for Christmas and if he/she has been good this year. Santa will share fun stories about life in the North Pole. He'll talk about the elves, their antics and what the reindeer are up to. Mrs. Claus will be ever present with her encouraging words. Special stories you've shared on the sign-up form will be included in Santa's conversation.
#6 Can I use my laptop, ipad, iphone or TV?
Any of those will work. Just make sure you download the Zoom app first. Then if you want to view your Virtual Visit on a TV screen make sure those connections are set up in advance.
#7 Once I've scheduled my time, what's next?
We will confirm your appointment with a log in link. On the day of your call, make sure your Zoom app works, and if you're connecting to your TV make sure that's been set up and you've given it a test run. 5 minutes before your scheduled time, click the link to call in. Before long you'll find you've entered the North Pole and Santa's world will ensue!
