“Rethink your Drink” Quarterly Health Messaging

August 29, 2012

Visit the quarterly health messaging section of the hospital exhibit to learn about ways to “Rethink your Drink”. Sponsored by First 5 of San Joaquin children and adults can learn about the benefits of choosing water over other beverages that are high in sugar. Children can learn from “Potter the Otter” as they read “Potter the Otter: A Tale About Water” and complete a fun activity booklet. Adults and children alike are sure to learn some valuable information about their favorite beverages. Stop by the hospital exhibit to receive this valuable health message and as “Potter the Otter” says: “Drink water for thirst, and you should know, water is healthy, it helps you grow!”
