“Get Fit” Quarterly Messaging

November 7, 2012

We all know that physical fitness is important for the health and growth of our children. But as the seasons change and it starts to get cold outside, parents/caregivers may find it challenging to find indoor activities for children that encourage physical play. Visit the toddler and the hospital exhibits for fun engaging activities that are simple yet effective to increasing your child’s physical fitness. The hospital exhibit also has fun activity books that children can take home with fun ideas on how to stay fit. Come visit us for a day of play that is sure to get their hearts racing.

Special thanks to the First 5 of San Joaquin for supporting the quarterly health message.
